Integra

My mid-size association has been using the Integra Planner software for about 10 years.  It does an incredible job of managing our major event but have some clumsy user interface issues.  The company does a great job of responding to requests for customizations of the software but it is written from a programmer's perspective rather than a user perspective.

5 years into using Integra, reliable antiquated interface no web services, but they have their own web pages that integrate very difficult to get 3rd party data into the system .Net version coming at the end of 2014 backed by large corporation they have a user group 3rd party integration's are improving
