Hi, Fonteva is by far the best association management solution out there. It has all the important features and functionality that are critical to the success of associations/membership management customers both large and small. It is intuitive, user friendly, configurable and easy to understand and use.

As a Salesforce.com implementation partner I'm often asked to review and recommend apps and often then asked to implement that recommendation. MemberNation's presentation of itself as being able to fulfill XYZ is true, but for someone like me what matters is what is "under the hood." Only after a week long training can I truly appreciate the data architecture running MemberNation. It's complex but it needs to be given all the variables an association requires when it comes to managing memberships, events, pricing, communications with and among members, etc. Like any other strategically sound app, however, you will need someone on staff to manage the system post launch. This person need not be a Certified Salesforce.com Admin (although it helps). This person would, however, needs to understand and appreciate WHY the system is built the way it is and know how to work within its set structure. My in person training also allowed me to meet Fonteva staff responsible for certain functionality/apps within MN. I was thoroughly impressed both with the thoughtful and exited approach they take to advancing MN functionality and how brilliant these folks were of business processes (real day issues we face) and Salesforce.

NICSA (trade association 200+ member corporations, parent/child companies, individuals linked to companies) implemented Fonteva/MemberNation (built on the Salesforce platform) in November 2013, and we could not be happier! It has an easy-to-navigate user interface, and has given us so much increased functionality in reporting, communications, email, prospect tracking, information sharing between staff... you name it. The back-end is easily configurable by our staff so we don't have to spend a lot of money on costly development time - and because it is Salesforce, there are hundreds of apps (everything from email marketing to document storage, to email integration) that you can just plug in and it all integrates seamlessly. If we did need to customize, we have thousands of Salesforce developers to choose from that we could use. And thousands of pages of online support that we can reference that helps us use the system better and smarter. Implementation was the easiest I have ever experienced, and the Fonteva team is absolutely amazing. This system met and exceeded our needs, and our goals. If you are looking for a new AMS system you should definitely give them a look... they might be perfect for you too!

This system "out of the box" lacks some of the basic functionality you might expect, but the potential to customize and build it out is almost limitless. The system is built on SalesForce and there are thousands of SalesForce apps that you can install to add functionality.

MemberNation has been nothing but amazing. All of their staff have been really nice and helpful. From the introduction of the product all the way to launch. Just amazing!
