In my 8 years with Colorado Bar Association CLE, I have watched our organization and ClearVantage evolve, adapt and grow together. There have been growing pains, but with those pains has come undeniable growth. The Euclid team is a hand-picked assortment of talented polymaths who can sort out any challenge presented to them. They have created a very versatile and comprehensive AMS that serves as our financial backbone, membership directory, event manager, product catalog, e-commerce solution, and member access portal. After saying all of that, I feel like we only use a portion of the functionality within ClearVantage.

Since we switched to ClearVantage, productivity has gone up and the way we view our members and their data has merged into one source. Anyone in the organization can now know just about everything they need to know about a member... committee membership, event registration, email blast read rates and clicks, employment, relationships, product purchases, subscriptions, dues income, accounts receivable, awards, documents, photos, certifications...as well as the typical data we collect.

No AMS is perfect, but ClearVantage comes as close as I've seen to providing what our staff and members need. We were able to save one FTE just with the conference registration module. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable,

As a small state based association we are facing growing competition from large national associations with more resources. Our AMS allows us to stay up to date with technology so we can meet our members (and non-members) expectations and provide exceptional service.

We've been very pleased with ClearVantage. We've been able to use it beyond our basic membership tasks and keep track of committees, awards, and events, populating informational website pages and keeping much better track of our association's history as well as current activities. The customer service is very responsive and honest -- if there's something the AMS just can't do, they'll let us know and we can come up with alternatives.

We've been using ClearVantage for about 10 years now. The database has a lot of flexibility so you can grow with the system as your needs change. The member and organization tables have more fields than you can ever possibly use, so you will be able to store any information you want about your members. There is also a user-friendly query tool (no techical knowledge required), so staff can extract information themselves. This is a great time saver for Database Admins. Finally, all the programming/customization is done on the back end, so upgrades are a breeze (no additional fees to bring over your modifications).

We have been working with ClearVantage for more than ten years. They were thorough and professional throughout the setup, and it was an exponential improvement over the AMS it replaced on the first day. The system works well right out of the box, but our association is very different from most others in that we deal with secondary school students, schools, and adults as members. We also produce large events and publish a monthly magazine and quarterly journal; we use the ClearVantage system to manage our Conference and our circulation at a scale far beyond the average association newsletter. The team at Euclid has been able to tailor the AMS to our unique needs, and we benefit from the enhancements added for other clients at every upgrade. I've been to two Euclid User Group conferences, and I highly recommend them. The Euclid staff is great and their user community is very friendly and helpful. In short, the product is strong, and Euclid has demonstrated commitment to growing staff and resources along with their services. They also working with other companies like Higher Logic when necessary to keep their clients current with online community, mobile access, and other tools for tech savvy associations.

From a functionality standpoint, our current system does not provide us with our needs for membership. Adding customizations is costly and the system is not extensible. Customization to the site requires additional effort that we hope can be limited by choosing a more robust core system that already has the features we need.
